It operates out of a small office and shop space in South Minneapolis. Bluebird Gardening is known for exceptional garden service while maintaining a positive, fun work environment. As a crew member, your job is to show up each day ready to work hard and help make “our” gardens shine. You will be on a crew of 1-2 other Crew Members and one Crew Lead visiting client’s gardens throughout the Twin Cities Metro Area. Crews provide any maintenance needed as the season progresses April – November. Garden maintenance includes weeding, deadheading, perennial cut down, as well as planting seasonal ornamental pots and annuals in ground among many other seasonal tasks. Our crew members are integral to creating the distinctive, beautiful gardens Bluebird Gardening is known for. We encourage people with a can-do approach to work, with all levels of experience. Our management and crew leads will train eager learners the skills needed to become excellent gardeners.
We have full-time and part-time positions available, April through December.
Pay range is $18.00/hr to $22.00/hr depending on experience.
Benefits begin after one year of employment and include paid holidays, paid time off and a 401k.
